These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and supply of [Buzz Off], a ready-to-drink beverage sold in packs of six (6) ("Product" or "Products"), by [Bryten Pty Ltd] ("we," "us," or "our") to customers ("you" or "your"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. All Products are sold as ready-to-drink and are packaged in six (6) unit packs unless otherwise specified.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.
Once your order is confirmed, you may receive an order confirmation email.
3. Pricing and Payment
All product prices are listed in [AUD] and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
All freight prices are listed in [AUD] and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the accepted payment methods.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship only to approved delivery locations within Australia.
Shipping costs and delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions) will not be considered grounds for cancellation or refunds unless required by law.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of beverages, we do not accept returns unless the Product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days.
6. Product Use and Safety
Products should be stored and consumed in accordance with the instructions provided on the label.
We are not liable for any misuse, improper storage, or consumption of the Product that deviates from the guidelines provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

At Bryten Pty Ltd, we take great pride in the quality of our ready-to-drink beverages and aim to provide a smooth and reliable customer experience. This Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or replacements may be issued for purchases of our beverage packs.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our Products, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
The Product is damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
The wrong item or quantity was sent.
The packaging was severely compromised in a way that affects the safety or quality of the beverage.
In order to process your claim, we may require:
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Clear photos of the damaged or defective product, including the packaging and batch number (if visible).
Notice of the issue sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement in cases where the product is:
No longer wanted due to change of mind.
Not stored properly after delivery (e.g., exposed to heat, opened, etc.).
Affected by delays or conditions outside of our control after shipment has been dispatched, including incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
Additionally, once the product has been opened and consumed (fully or partially), we are unable to offer refunds unless the product was clearly defective.
3. Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost, or
A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Refunds may take several days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
